Tank Interior Linings

The application of a tank lining is one of the most critical and demanding projects Paint Platoon personnel may undertake. Not only must the applied tank lining system undergo a stringent series of quality control procedures to insure compliance to complex specifications, but it must store products in a manner that adequately resists product contamination while also acting as a corrosion barrier to the substrate, most commonly carbon steel.

Paint Platoon works very closely with a wide variety of lining material manufacturers to specify materials that are project specific and sensitive to customer storage, processing and cleaning requirements. Once selected, the tank lining materials are applied to properly prepared surfaces and consistently inspected through a variety of hold point and check procedures until the project is complete.

Tank Exterior Coatings

Understanding the various operating conditions of industrial, municipal and government tank environments is the first step in selecting the proper coating system for a specific project. Exterior coatings may be subjected to harsh and demanding environments and Paint Platoon works diligently to select systems to meet site specific needs.

As with all our installations, exterior coating projects are undertaken with the greatest care and attention to even the smallest details.
